| 摘 要： | 为建立以高效液相色谱法测定愈风宁心片中葛根素含量的方法,设计了色谱柱为十八烷基键合硅胶柱,甲醇、水、冰醋酸体积比依次为24.8∶75∶0.2的流动相,流速为1.5mL/min,检测波长为250nm的测定试验。结果表明在0.60～3.00μg检测范围之间,对照品溶液微克数与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程Y=5840436.33X-1105306.40,r=0.9997。平均回收率分别为99.82%、101.23%,RSD分别为0.98%、1.04%。

| Abstract: | In order to determine the content of Puerarin in Yufeng Ningxin Tablet, HPLC was adopted. In this experiment ODS C18 column was used as column, methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (24.8:75:0.2) was used as the mobile phase, the detection wave-length was set at 250nm. The results showed there was a good linear relationship between consistence and apex-area when the detection range was 0.60~3.00ug. The regress equation was Y=5 840 436.333X-1 105 306.400, r=0.999 7. The recovery of the added sample were 99.82% and 101.23%, RSD were 0.98% and 1.04%. |
