广西民族地区农业文化遗产保护性开发研究——基于韩国的保护与管理经验

在韩国的农业文化遗产保护性工作中,其政策扶持体系扮演着至关重要的角色,责任清晰的属地管理、农业文化遗产的动态保护与多功能利用等机制对广西加强农业文化遗产保护和开发有着重要的借鉴意义。文章介绍了韩国重要农业和渔业遗产系统实践并总结吸取其有益经验,同时分析了广西民族地区农业文化遗产发展现状,重点从完善保护机制、合理划分责任(政府、社会、个人责任)、强调活态的文化遗产保护等方面提出建议。

Protection and Management of Agricultural and Fishery Cultural Heritage in Republic of Korea: Its Reference to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

Policy support system plays a vital role in South Korea"s agricultural cultural heritage protection work. the responsibility of the territorial management, the dynamic protection and multi-functional use of agricultural cultural heritage and other mechanisms,which is of great significance to strengthen the protection and development of agricultural cultural heritage for Guangxi. This paper introduces the practice of the important agricultural and fishery heritage system in Korea and summarizes its beneficial experience, analyzes the present situation of the agricultural cultural heritage development in Guangxi ethnic areas, and puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the protection mechanism, dividing the responsibility rationally (Government, society, personal responsibility) and emphasizing the protection of the living cultural heritage.
