喷雾助剂对不同剂型吡虫啉药液理化性能与沉积的影响

摘    要:为明确4种不同类型喷雾助剂对吡虫啉5种剂型的增效效果,测定了助剂与农药混用后药液的表面张力、接触角、干燥时间、扩展直径与叶面持留量,之后根据上述试验结果,选择增效作用较好的2种助剂与吡虫啉各剂型混用,对枸杞木虱进行大田防效试验,最终得到喷雾助剂与农药剂型的最优搭配。试验结果表明,添加喷雾助剂可降低药液表面张力、接触角与干燥时间,增加药液在枸杞叶片上的扩展直径与叶面持留量。其中,强力源对5%吡虫啉SL、70%吡虫啉WP的增效效果较好,矿物油对5%吡虫啉SL、70%吡虫啉WG的增效效果较好,迈润与步锐丝效果相对较差。田间试验结果表明,强力源分别与70%吡虫啉WP和5%吡虫啉SL混用防治枸杞木虱,药后7、10 d的防效较好。表面活性剂类助剂强力源可有效改善5%吡虫啉SL、70%吡虫啉WP药液物理性能,增加药液在叶片上的沉积量,并有效防治枸杞木虱,故生产上推荐使用该搭配。

Abstract:In order to determine the synergistic effect of four different spray adjuvants on five different formulations of imidacloprid, the optimal combination of spray adjuvants and pesticide formulation was screened by measuring the surface tension, contact angle, drying time, extension diameter and retained dose of the mixture of adjuvants and pesticides, then according to the above test results, two spray adjuvants with better synergistic effect to various imidacloprid formulations were selected for field control experiments on Bactericera gobica to obtain the optimal combination of spray adjuvants and pesticide. The results showed that the spray adjuvants could decrease the surface tension, contact angle and drying time, increase extension diameter and retained dose of the solution on the surface of Lycium barbarum leaves. Among the four adjuvants, Qiangliyuan show good synergistic effect on imidacloprid 5% SL and imidacloprid 70% WP, and mineral oil show good synergistic effect on imidacloprid 5% SL and imidacloprid 70% WG, while the effect of Mairun and Buruisi is relatively poor. Field test results showed that when Qiangliyuan was mixed with imidacloprid 70% WP or imidacloprid 5% SL, they showed better control effect on B.gobica 7 and 10 days after application. As a surfactant adjuvants, Qiangliyuan can effectively improve the physical properties of imidacloprid 5% SL and imidacloprid 70% WP solution, increase the deposition on leaves, and effectively control the B.gobica, so it is recommended to use this combination in production.
