摘    要:目的]探讨对甲氧基苯甲醛和邻苯二胺在磷酸催化下合成2-(4-甲氧基苯基)苯并咪唑的简便方法。方法]通过单因素试验确立了合成反应的最佳工艺条件,并用熔点测定仪、红外光谱法和元素分析仪表征了目标产物的结构。结果]邻苯二胺与对甲氧基苯甲醛的摩尔比为1.0∶1.2,反应时间为3 h,反应温度为44℃,目标产物的产率可达72.8%。在相同的合成条件下,重复试验的产率可达72.5%以上。结论]该工艺路线所得产品色泽好,后处理较容易,具有对设备腐蚀较小等优点,是一条应用价值较高的工艺路线。

Abstract:Objective] The para-chlorobenzaldehyde and o-phenylene diamine were directly synthesized into 2-(4-methoxyphenyl) benzimidazole in phosphoric acid.Method] The process conditions of 2-(4-methoxyphenyl) benzimidazole synthesis were optimized by single factor experiment.The structure of target product was confirmed by using melting point detector,elementary analyzer and infrared spectrum.Result] The ratio between o-phenylene diamine and para-chlorobenzaldehyde was 1.0∶1.2;the reaction time was 3 h;the reaction temperature was 44 ℃;under above conditions,the yield of 2-(4-methoxyphenyl) benzimidazole may reach 72.8%.In the same conditions,the repeating experiments are also done which offered the average yield of 72.5%.Conclusion] The process route has some advantages of good-color product,simple operation and less corrosive,so it will have good application value.
