摘    要:[目的]优选假臭草中总黄酮的提取工艺。[方法]在单因素试验的基础上,采用L9(33)正交试验,以4',5,6,7-四甲氧基黄酮为对照品,以假臭草中总黄酮含量为指标,研究假臭草中总黄酮的提取工艺。[结果]假臭草中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:提取时间2.5 h,甲醇浓度40%(V/V),料液比为1∶20(g/ml)。在该条件下,假臭草中总黄酮含量为1.36%。[结论]该提取工艺合理、稳定、可行。

Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to optimize the technology for extracting total flavonoids from Eupatorium catarium.[Method] Based on the single-factor test,the extraction process of total flavonoids from Eupatorium catarium was optimized by using L9(33) orthogonal test with 4′,5,6,7-tetramethoxyflavone as standard and the total flavonoids content as index.[Result] The optimum conditions of ultrasonic extraction were 2.5 hours as extraction time,40% methonal(V/V) as solvent,solid-liquid ratio 1∶20(g/ml).The content of total flavonoids in Eupatorium catarium was 1.36%.[Conclusion] This extraction process is rational,stable and practicable.
