| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨核盘菌致病性测定的方法。[方法]研究了菌丝圆片活体叶片接种法、菌丝圆片离体叶片接种法、菌丝圆片活体茎杆接种法和带菌牙签活体茎杆接种法4种方法（9种处理）对核盘菌致病性测定结果的影响。[结果]各方法（处理）都能根据病斑大小区分出菌株间致病性的差异,但用菌丝圆片在离体叶片上不穿刺接种是最为简便易行、快速可靠的测定方法。[结论]为菌核病的防治及抗病品种的选育提供了理论依据。
