| 摘 要： | 清朝时期,从今甘肃地区看,地震前后震区或震区所在的祁秦吕贺构造带及其分支白银—靖远—海源—固原—平凉弧形构造带气象异常频次增加。气象异常类型有旱涝异常（周围大面积区域旱或大旱,中心风调雨顺、涝或大涝;周围大面积区域正常、涝或大涝,中心旱或大旱,旱、涝区走向与构造带一致）、气温异常（夏陨霜、夏大雪、夏冬暖）、生物异常（主要有秋冬重花、饥荒和疾疫等）、其他异常（如地震云、黑眚、地生白毛、黄河清澈见底、大风、雷鸣等）。地震前后,气象异常具有多发特征。
