部分麦区小麦条锈菌对粉锈宁的抗药性监测

目的]探讨小麦条锈病对粉锈宁杀菌剂的敏感性及抗药性。方法]采用拌种离体叶段法测定了四川和云南两省的84个条锈菌株对粉锈宁杀菌剂的抗药性。结果]供试菌株中属于敏感菌株占2.40%,耐药菌株占61.90%;供试菌株的平均EC50值为4.07 mg/L,平均抗性水平为21.43倍,平均抗性频率在10～50倍的菌株占52.35%,云南菌株的平均抗性水平高于四川菌株。结论]为小麦条锈病的有效防治提供了理论依据。

Monitoring of Resistance of Puccinia striiformis f.sp. Tritici Isolates to Triadimefon
