摘    要:[目的]运用火焰原子吸收光谱法,测定贡山三尖杉中Cu、Mn、Fe、Zn、Mg和Ca 6种金属元素含量。[方法]用盐酸、硝酸加热消解样品,采用标准曲线法测定。[结果]所测定的贡山三尖杉中金属元素含量较高。[结论]该方法准确,结果令人满意。

Abstract:[Objective]The research aimed to analyze the contents of six trace elements including Cu,Mn,Fe,Zn,Mg and Ca by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy in Cephalotaxus lanceolate.[Method]The samples were digested by HNO3 and HCl.The contents were determined by calibration curve method.[Result]There were lots of trace elements in Cephalotaxus lanceolate embrace.[Conclusion]The method was accurate and satisfying.
