摘    要:目的]研究鼠尾藻多糖微波提取工艺。方法]采用单因素试验确定各因素对提取工艺的影响,正交试验法确定微波提取的最佳工艺;在对鼠尾藻多糖进行蛋白质的去除和脱色等处理后,用红外光谱检测其主要组成成分。结果]优化工艺条件为:微波处理时间8 min、微波功率540 W、料液比1∶30(g/ml)、超声时间3 min,此时鼠尾藻多糖得率为6.5%;经红外光谱检测认定鼠尾藻多糖的主要组成成分为吡喃糖(单糖)。结论]微波提取法提取鼠尾藻多糖,方法可行,工艺简单,得率理想。
