棉花DNA提取方法综述

摘    要:棉花是我国重要的经济作物之一,富含棉酚、多糖、单宁等其他干扰物质,因此其DNA的提取和纯化较其他作物更为困难。文中对棉花DNA提取方法进行了讨论,其中SDS法和CTAB法是常用的2种提取方法,而CTAB法及其改良法提取的效果最好。

Abstract:Cotton was one of important economic crops in China.Because of the rich gossypol,polysaccharides,tannins and other interfering compounds in cotton,the extraction and purification of DNA were much more difficult than other crops.The extraction methods of cotton's genomic DNA were reviewed.In these extraction methods,SDS method and CTAB method were commonly used,and the CTAB method and its modified method resulted in best extraction outcome.
