安徽省新型农村养老保险发展的调查研究

对安徽省农村养老保险政策的现状进行了调查分析,结果表明：安徽省农村总体存在参保率低且各地差距大、参保档次不一,无法满足参保对象的养老需求问题,从政策层面和微观层面分析了安徽省各县、区间新农保参保率差异的政策性及经济性原因,并提出了相应对策,即推动新农保配套政策落实、规范新农保缴费档次确定的方法、加强新农保政策宣传工作、为农民增收创造便利、增加县一级的鼓励缴费政策、加强体制机制建设和加强县区养老保障工作交流等。

Investigation and Study on New Rural Endowment Insurance Development in Anhui
