| 摘 要： | 介绍了云南＂坝子农业＂的发展现状与形势,从自然环境约束和社会经济条件限制2个方面提出了云南＂坝子农业＂存在的突出问题。分析了云南＂坝子农业＂发展应考虑的因素,要考虑到坝子承担多重发展的重任、坝子文化的自然赋存、云南省的政策倾向以及＂坝子农业＂发展的潜力与方向等多重因素。提出了云南＂坝子农业＂发展的对策：一是提高农业科技水平;二是加强坝区与山区、工农业、城乡等统筹发展;三是注重生态农业的发展与调整;四是保持发展的理性。
