银杏叶中总黄酮的提取工艺和含量测定的研究

摘    要:[目的]研究银杏叶黄酮类成分的提取和含量测定方法。[方法]对银杏叶中总黄酮的乙醇提取法和超声提取法进行研究并加以改进,通过单因素试验确定银杏叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。以显色法测定提取液中总黄酮的含量,并对显色测定法进行改进。[结果]超声提取法提出率为0.83%,索氏提取法提出率为1.10%,超声提取与索氏提取结合法提出率为1.37%。最佳提取条件为:超声时间20 min、乙醇浓度60%、料液比1∶50(g/ml)、85℃下加热回流提取2 h。[结论]优选出银杏叶中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺,为进一步研究和应用提供依据。
