| 摘 要： | 从法学的视野剖析出＂民工荒＂实际上就是农民工的＂权利荒＂。通过分析,指出二元经济体制、农民工群体与其他利益集团之间的利益纠纷以及侵权救济缺失是导致农民工＂权利荒＂的主要原因。提出要解决农民工的＂权利荒＂,需要打破二元经济结构,强化政府职能,完善农村医疗保险和养老保险制度,发展和壮大农村集体经济组织,建立并完善多元化纠纷解决机制。
