曲靖地区香椿芽中微量元素的含量研究

摘    要:[目的]测定曲靖市不同地区香椿芽中微量元素的含量。[方法]香椿芽采于曲靖市4个区域(麒麟区、马龙县、陆良县和富源县),用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了这4个地区香椿芽中8种微量元素的含量。[结果]该测定法的加标回收率在98.03%~109.50%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.03%~3.50%,方法的检出限均小于0.086 1μg/ml,具有良好的准确度和精密度,最大限度地减少了对测定的干扰。测定结果显示,香椿芽中含有多种营养元素,其中钙、镁的含量最高,铁次之,锰、铜、铬、锌含量居中,铅含量最低。富源县香椿芽中钙、铁、锰、铜、铬、锌、铅含量明显高于其他地方。[结论]曲靖地区香椿芽中含有丰富微量元素,各微量元素的含量随区域不同而有差异,以富源县香椿芽的营养价值在曲靖地区为最高。
