| 摘 要： | 目的]对土地利用总体规划确定的整理村庄进行评价,确定农村居民点整理时序,为土地利用总体规划顺利实施提供支持。方法]构建宝坻区农村居民点整理成熟度评价的指标体系,评价每个村庄的整理时机的成熟度,采用聚类分析法对整理时序进行分类。结果]宝坻区拟整理的194个村庄的整理时机差异明显,整理成熟度指数为0.18～0.57,根据成熟度指数将这些村庄分为近期、中期、远期3个阶段进行整理。结论]对土地利用总体规划实施过程中政府决策有重要的参考意义。
