| 摘 要： | 基于非均衡增长理论,分析了我国城镇化与新农村建设协调推进的区域优先序选择。东部地区优先提升城镇化质量,对小城镇建设进行长远规划,注重人与自然的和谐,使其发展与国际城市化水平接轨;中部地区城镇化与新农村建设并举,走城乡互动发展的新农村建设之路,提高城镇化水平;西部地区优先建设新农村,抓好基础设施建设,调整优化农业结构,推进农业产业化。
