摘    要:目的]探索植物活性蛋白在大棚草莓上的应用价值。方法]以3%的植物活性蛋白可湿性粉剂为供试材料,设置0(对照)、7500、15000、22500 mg/hm24个处理喷洒草莓,定期测定草莓株高、冠径、花蕾数等,计算小区产量及经济效益。结果]与对照相比,施用7500、15000、22500 mg/hm2植物活性蛋白的草莓株高分别增加6.1%、10.2%、11.1%,冠径长分别增加3.5%、5.6%、6.7%,冠径宽分别增加2.1%、5.6%、5.9%,花蕾数分别增加0.35、0.56、0.68个,总产量分别增加13.6%、18.7%、19.3%,其中2月底前产量分别增加21.1%、25.2%、25.6%,经济效益分别增加19774.5、25857.0、26505.0元/hm2。结论]施用植物活性蛋白能增加大棚草莓产量,改善品质,提高经济效益,大面积生产中以22500 mg/hm2为最佳浓度。

Application Effect of Plant Active Protein on Strawberry in Greenhouse
Abstract:Objective] The study was to explore the application value of plant active protein on strawberry in greenhouse.Method] With 3% wettable powder of plant active protein as tested material,4 treatments of 0(CK),7 500,15 000 and 22 500 mg/hm2 were set up to spray the strawberry.The plant height,crown diameter and flower number etc of strawberry were detected at fixed period and the plot yield and economic benefit of strawberry were counted.Result] Compared with CK,the plant height of strawberry in treatments with plant active protein of 7 500 and 15 000,22 500 mg/hm2 were increased by 6.1%,10.2% and 11.1% resp.,the length of crown diameter were increased by 3.5%,5.6% and 6.7% resp.,the width of crown diameter were increased by 2.1%,5.6% and 5.9% resp.,flower number were increased by 0.35,0.56,0.68 resp.and the total yield were increased by 13.6%,18.7% and 19.3% resp,among which the yield before the end of February were increased by 21.1%,25.2% and 25.6% resp.and the economic benefit were increased by 19 774.5,25 857.0 and 26 505.0 yuan/hm2 resp.Conclusion] Application of plant active protein could increase the yield of strawberry in greenhouse and improve its quality and increase the economic benefit.Its best concn.was 22 500 mg/hm2 when it was applied in large area production.
