| 摘 要： | 执政成本,即执政所付出的代价。作为一个执政党,要想维护好自己的执政地位、形象,保证政权正常运行,就必须付出一定的执政成本。而必要的、适量的执政成本投入,可以巩固执政党的执政地位,提高党的执政能力。科学执政、民主执政、依法行政是降低执政成本的关键。要把执政成本与执政效果统一起来,防止片面性。

| Abstract: | The ruling cost refers to the price which incumbent party being in power pays.As a ruling party,in order to preserve its ruling status and operation of the regime,the ruling will have to pay a certain cost.Essential,right amount ruling cost investment,may consolidate the party's ruling status,enhances the party ruling ability.The key to lessen rnling cost is to rule scientificly,democraticly and according to law.Untie the ruling cost with its effect and guard against one-sidedness. |
