微波辐射制备高取代度阳离子淀粉的研究

摘    要:采用微波干法制备阳离子淀粉。以玉米淀粉为原料,以取代度为指标,选取催化剂用量、加热时间、醚化剂用量、甲醇用量和水用量5个因素做单因素实验,并选取其中催化剂用量、加热时间、醚化剂用量和水的用量4个因素做正交实验,得出制备阳离子淀粉的最佳工艺条件为(以50g淀粉计):碱质量分数3%,醚化剂11g∶8.8mL,时间2.5min,水用量30mL。

Abstract:In this experiment,the high degree of substitution cationic starches were made by dry-microwave process. Use corn starch as raw material and the degree of substitution as the index. Ichoose five factors to do the single-factor experiment,then choose four factors to do the cross experiment. The best condition which can get the highest degree of substitution is as follow:the effects of catalyst 3 %,etherification agent 11 g ∶ 8.8 mL,reaction time 2.5 min,the volume of water 30 mL.
