| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的进步及土地资源的日益紧张，住宅工程逐步向高档高层住宅发展，高层住宅在一些较大的城市发展比较成熟，其发展一般经历模仿、照搬、探索、自主创新等阶段；本文就个别城市高层住宅在发展过程暴露出的问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The top grade high - rise residence developed rapidly with the development of society economy and the decrease of land resource. High - rise residence developed maturely in bigger city and it had passed through the phase of imitation, copy, exporting and innovation. There are some common problems in the development of high- rise residence in medium and small city for their mode are mostly imitation and copy. |
