| 摘 要： | 通过农村调查发现,胶东农户当前的适度规模化经营目标规模约为户均1.87hm2耕地,实际户均耕地只有0.305hm2,只在部分村庄里有少数农户实现了适度规模化经营。但是,胶东耕地流转发展迅速,并随着年轻人口集体流入城镇及老年人口大量退养,根据劳动力年龄结构特征推断,胶东农村将在20a后普遍实现农业适度规模化经营。
