食品质量与安全实验技术课程探索与实践

摘    要:目前国内对食品质量和安全越来越重视,已有90多所高校设立了食品质量与安全专业。为更好地适应社会对食品质量与安全专业人才的需求,有必要设立"食品质量与安全实验技术"这一课程。结合社会需求和中国药科大学特色,设计了几个系列实验,涉及多方面专业课内容,将本课程逐步建设成综合性、创新性课程。

Abstract:Food quality and safety is of vital importance recently,more than 90 universities and colleges established the discipline of food quality and safety.To meet the social requirement of professional in food quality and safety,it is important to establish the course"experiment techniques of food quality and safety".Combined with the social requirement and the characteristic of our university,the course is designed as a comprehensive and creative,composed with several series of experiments,which involved in many aspects of food science.Through the program,students not only gain systematic train of experiment skills,but also establish their scientific attitude in research work.
