| 摘 要： | 民营企业是我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分。在计算机网络和通讯技术飞速发展的21世纪,民营企业要想在变幻和复杂的竞争环境中生存,就必须具备持久竞争力的源泉———组织学习力。而克服组织学习的障碍,加强组织学习管理则是提升民营企业的组织学习力的关键。

| Abstract: | Civilian enterprises play an important part in China's socialist market economy.With the development of internet and communication technology in the 21st century,the competition among the civilian enterprises get keener and keener.In order to win the competition,the civilian enterprises should qualify themselves with the ability of organization-learning.How to overcome the obstacles to organization-learning,and how to strengthen the management of organization-learning is the key to improve the ability of organization-learning. |
