| 摘 要： | 从广西合浦县柑橘叶片表面分离到拮抗细菌菌株Bv10。该拮抗细菌对柑橘溃疡病菌的生长表现出很强的拮抗活性。根据16S rDNA序列同源性比较、形态学特征以及生理生化反应,将该菌株鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌B acillus subtilis变种。在温室接种测试中,42.9%的柑橘溃疡病斑形成受到Bv10菌株的抑制。Bv10菌株在人工培养基上连续移植8次,对柑橘溃疡病菌生长的抑制力没有显著变化,该菌株表现对植物病原真菌具有较宽的抑菌谱。 |

| Abstract: | A bacterial antagonistic strain Bv10 was isolated from exterior of citrus leaf in Hepu county,Guangxi,China.Strong suppressive ability against Xanthomonas axonopodis pv.citri was observed.The strain was identified as Bacillus subtilis based on its 16S rDNA sequence,physiological and biochemical characteristics.In greenhouse inoculation test,42.90% of lesion development of citrus canker was inhibited by the strain.No significant change in suppressive ability of the bacterium against X.axonopodis pv.citri was detected during 8 times continuous transfers on artificial medium.A broad suppressive spectrum of the antagonist against other fungal plant pathogens was confirmed. |
