基于小波包分解的离心泵关死点流动状态

摘    要:为研究离心泵关死工况点时内部复杂流动产生的压力脉动对离心泵多工况设计的影响,基于虚拟仪器技术,应用LabView进行数据采集,利用小波包对离心泵压力信号进行分解,建立了不同频率范围的特征信号,并进行试验验证.分析结果表明:离心泵关死点时压力脉动呈现不规则变化,没有明显的周期性,低于1倍叶片通过频率的低频脉动占据主导地位,轴频处的幅值随着流量的减小先增大后减小;离心泵流量减小至关死点工况时,叶轮内部出现回流,低频段的小波包重构系数变化明显,可见回流对低频段产生了较大影响;离心泵关死点工况轴频处的振幅和强度明显增强;离心泵关死点进口回流为辫状回流.试验结果表明:与傅里叶方法比较,基于小波包分解可识别不同频率对应的不稳定流动,提高离心泵关死点内部流动诊断的分辨性.
