| 摘 要： | 利用砂纸打磨、硫酸处理、盐胁迫、热水浸种等实验方法对醉马草种子进行破除休眠实验,并在实验室条件下进行培养,以研究醉马草种子的最适萌发条件。结果表明,醉马草种子在50%的硫酸中浸泡30min发芽率最高,可达99.1%。

| Abstract: | In this paper,breaking dormancy experiment of the Achnatherum inebrians seeds was carried out by sand paper,sulfuric acid treatment,salt stress,hot water immersion and other experimental methods,and its cultivation was carried out under laboratory conditions in order to study the optimal germination conditions of the seeds of Achnatherum inebrians,the results showed that the germination rate of Achnatherum inebrians seeds soaked in 50%sulfuric acid for 30 minutes was the highest,it was up to 99.1%. |
