基于干型差异的云南松子代苗木生物量研究

摘    要:为探究不同茎干类型间云南松子代苗木生物量的变化规律,以不同茎干类型云南松种子所培育的2年生苗木为试材,对其各器官的生物量、生物量分配比和含水率进行比较。结果显示,茎干通直云南松子代苗木的整株鲜重(29.301 g)高于茎干弯扭云南松子代苗木(28.619 g);2种茎干类型云南松子代苗木各器官生物量存在一定差异,但二者之间差异未达显著水平(p>0.05)。茎干通直与茎干弯扭云南松子代苗木各器官生物量的积累和分配从大到小依次均为:叶>茎>根。从含水率来看,茎干通直云南松子代苗木与茎干弯扭云南松子代苗木各器官间也无显著差异。研究结果可为综合评价茎干通直与茎干弯扭云南松苗木提供一定参考。

Abstract:In order to explore the rule of biomass variation among different stem types of Pinus yunnanensis Franch. seedlings, the two-year seedlings cultivated by different stem types of Pinus yunnanensis seeds were used as test materials to compare the biomass, biomass allocation ratio and moisture content of each organ were compared. The results showed that the fresh weight of the whole plant(29.301 g) of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings with straight stem was higher than that of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings with bent and twisted stem(28.619 g). There were some differences between the two stem types in the each organic biomass of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings, but the differences between the two stem types were not significant(p>0.05). The accumulation and distribution of biomass of all organs of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings in the straight stem and bent &twisted stem were in the order of leaf>stem>root from the largest to the smallest. In terms of moisture content of each organ, there was no significant difference between seedlings of Pinus yunnanensis with straight stems and bend-twisted stems. The results can be used as a reference for the comprehensive evaluation of straight stem,bent and twisted stem of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings.
