摘    要:以采集于定军山蓝莓基地的蓝莓(Blueberry)品种灿烂(Brilliant)的种子为材料,对不同大小种子(B种子、M种子、S种子)分别采用不同梯度(3.0、4.0、5.0、6.0、7.0、8.0)的pH处理,在光照恒温恒湿培养箱内进行种子萌发试验,研究pH对不同大小蓝莓种子萌发的影响。结果表明:蓝莓B种子的萌发特性优于M与S种子,萌发时滞(14.00±1.28)d,萌发率(42.08±10.04)%。不同pH处理条件下B种子、M种子在发芽势、萌发率、子叶展开率、发芽指数、萌发值等各项指标上差异显著(p<0.01),且pH=4.0时各项萌发指标达到最大值,说明pH为4.0的偏酸条件下更有利于蓝莓种子的萌发。蓝莓S种子在不同pH处理下几乎无萌发,没有表现出与萌发环境pH之间的直接关联性。

Abstract:In order to research the effects of pH on seed germination characteristics,the seeds of Brilliant variety from Ding Jun mountain Blueberry production base were collected and treated in different gradient of pH at 3.0,4.0,5.0,6.0,7.0,8.0,respectively.The results showed that germination characteristics of B seeds were superior to M and S seeds.And days to first germination and rate of germination were previously(14.00±1.28)d and(42.08±10.04)%.There were significant difference between various pH values on germination energy,germination rate,cotyledon expansion rate,germination index,germination value of B and M seeds,and various indexes reached their highest when pH was 4.0,which meant that acidic environment could be more favorable to seeds germination of Blueberry.However,barely germination of S seeds at different pH values appeared to be irrelevant to pH level of germination environment.
