摘    要:通过选择性富集培养,从沈抚灌区石油污染土壤中分离到1株菲降解细菌L2,该菌株能以菲为唯一碳源和能源生长。通过对L2菌株培养条件优化,确定其最佳培养条件为pH值7.0~7.2,温度28~30℃,150 ml容积三角瓶装液量50 ml。并测定了L2菌株对不同浓度菲的降解率,结果表明,在培养7 d后L2菌株对培养基中浓度为501、001、50 mg/ml的菲的降解率分别为100%、96.4%和97.4%。

Abstract:A phenanthrene-degrading strain L2 was isolated from oil-contaminated soil in Shenfu irrigation area by selective enrichment culture.The strain was able to grow on phenanthrene as a sole carbon and energy source for growth.It was suggested that the optimization of culture condition was: pH 7.0~(7.2),28~30 ℃,50 ml inventory/150 ml flask.Meanwhile,the degradation rate of phenanthrene under different phenanthrene concentrations was determined.It was shown that after 7 days of cultivation,the degradation rate under phenanthrene concentrations of 50 mg/ml,100 mg/ml,150 mg/ml were 100%,96.4% and 97.4% respectively.
