长株潭城市群“两型农业”建设中的边缘效应研究

边缘效应能使边缘区汇聚城乡的经济优势,并且能够产生整合增殖效益,促进城乡综合效益的实现,有利于生态环境资源保护、提高资源开发的适宜度和城乡布局的统筹优化。负熵是边缘区作为耗散结构系统与外界进行物流、能流交换,产生边缘效应的基础。协同能够使边缘区各子系统之间彼此协调,同步作用,这是边缘效应产生的根本。要充分发挥长株潭城市群的边缘效应,有力地促进两型农业建设,措施如下:对生态环境优化进行总体规划、保护生态资源,建立资源节约体系;建立健全土地利用的有关法律和土地市场,宏观调控土地规划;大力发展城镇网络、优化总体布局、实现城乡统筹等。
