Discussion on the Management Problems of the Development of China Fast-growing and High-yielding Timber Bases

China has produced a good result in the development of Fast-growing and High-yielding (FGHY) timber bases. The paper reviewed the experiences of FGHY timber bases, such as project programming, capital standardization and organization systemization, etc. On the basis of them, it further discussed the new feature in the new time.
