小管径管道通球及解卡一例

管道投产前必须进行通球，以清除管内杂物。对于小管径管道，其通球难度要大于大管径管道。为此，进行通球操作要做好三个方面的工作，保证气量，控制球速，设立监听点。如发生卡球，应先进行分析并计算出大致卡球点，再用加热法判断，最后用开孔找球法解卡。
