摘    要:由于成型夹克保温管道中的夹克管与内钢管之间,无法实现生妆,因此,要保持夹顾管以热后的内钢管同步变形,就要使成型夹克保温管道中的内钢管与保温材料、保温与夹克管之间的接触面具有足够的抗剪切强度。在研究了“一步法“工艺生产的夹克、泡沫成型保温管道的变形传递特性的基础上,探讨了夹克与泡沫之间接触面抗剪切强度测试方法,并使用自行 试验装置,测试了“一步法”和“管中管”法工艺生产的两种夹克、泡沫成型管道中夹克与

Abstract:Since there is no way to realize the rigidity connection between jacked pipe and internal steel pipe, keeping a synchro-deformation between jacked pipe and heated steel requires an efficient unti-shear strength between internal steel pipe and insuating material, insulating material and the surface of jacked pipe. The author has studied the testing method on unti-shear strength at connecting area between jack and foam through analyzing property of thermal deformation transforming occurred in insulated pipe which is produced by one step technical process with jack and foam also has tested unti-shear strength at connecting area between two kinds of jacks and foams formed by "one step process" and "pipe in pipe process" with self-designed testing sevices, indicating that the unti-shear strength of insulated pipe produced by "pipe in pipe process" is obvious advanced to those insulated pipes produced by 'one step process".
