| 摘 要： | 以苏姜猪为试验素材,对初生及15、30、45、60、75日龄小母猪消化器官生长发育与血液胃肠激素水平变化的相关性进行研究。结果表明:苏姜小母猪早期激素水平变化呈明显的规律性,初生时生长抑素含量较高,随后呈下降趋势,而生长激素和胃泌素)在75日龄内呈规律性变化。生长激素对消化器官的生长有促进作用,而生长抑素则抑制消化器官的生长。

| Abstract: | The experiment was conducted to study the development pattern of early digestive organs and the control of serum hormone level in Sujiang gilts.The results showed:The levels of hormones changed regularly in early stage of Su- jiang gilts.At birth time,the concentrations of somatostatin(SS)were at a higher level while declining with growing.The levels of growth hormone(GH)and gastrin(Gas)had a regular changes in early stage.There were significant correlations among digestive organs development and the levels of GH,SS.GH accelerated but SS restrained the growth of digestive or- gans. |
