摘    要:采用玉米淀粉-大豆分离蛋白纯合基础饲粮及不同来源纤维,配制6种试验饲粮:1、基础饲粮(不加纤程);2、纤维素;3、小麦麸;4、米糠;5、高粱糠;6、苜蓿粉。饲于7日龄肉鸡(星布罗),结果如下:1、苜蓿组采食量和体增重显著高于其它各组(P<0.05),其它各组间的体增重无显著差异(P>0.05)。2、鸡不能行走,腿病严重百分率最高者是米糠组,无腿病百分率较高的是基础组和苜蓿组。3、小麦麸组、米糠组、高粱糠组、苜蓿组胫骨中锰含量显著低于基础组和纤维素组(P<0.05),小麦麸组和米糠组胫骨锌显著低于基础组(P<0.05),纤维素组和小麦麸组胫骨铁显著高于基础组(P<0.05),苜蓿组胫骨镁显著高于基础组(P<0.05)。

Abstract:Effects of fiber on performance and mineral element contents in tibia of broiler were studied with purified basal diet supplemented with different sources of fiber ( 1 . basal diet without fiber B; 2 . cellulose C; 3 . wheat bran W; 4 . rice bran R; 5 . sorghum bran S; 6 . alfalfa meal A ) . The results showed that weight gain and feed intake of the chicken in A group was significantly higher than that of all other groups ( P<0.05) among which there were not significant differences ( P> 0.05) . Leg weakness incident was higher in R group, and lower in B and A group. Manganese content in tibia was lower in W, R, S and A groups than that in C and B groups ( P<0.05) . Zinc content in tibia was lower in W and R groups than that in B group ( P<0.05) . Iron content in tibia was higher in C and W groups than that in B group ( P<0.05) . Magnesium content in tibia was higher in A group than that in B group ( P<0.05) .
