摘    要:为了解决生产上谷子杂草多的困扰,也为谷子种植上选用合适的除草剂提供理论依据,试验采用完全随机设计,以4个谷子品种和2种除草剂为研究材料,通过扑草净土壤施药、扑草净茎叶施药、莠去津土壤施药、莠去津茎叶施药和清水喷施,在谷子苗期、拔节期、孕穗期对POD同工酶活性测定并分别进行比较。结果表明,不同除草剂处理下,苗期谷子POD活性变化趋势基本一致,扑草净土壤处理莠去津土壤处理莠去津茎叶处理对照扑草净茎叶处理。拔节期和孕穗期的POD活性之间差异都不显著,说明谷子生长达到了正常水平。这与生理指标表现出来的规律基本相似。研究证明,4个品种谷子都能适应莠去津、扑草净2种除草剂胁迫而产生相应变化,从而调节细胞代谢以抵抗这种胁迫。

Abstract:Millet is a kind of grass and grain crop resistant to drought in recent agriculture reseructuring.In order to solve the redural problem and to choose appropriate herbicide for millet,POD isoenzyme and its activity was compared among four millets in seedling,shooting and booting stage under two herbicides prometryn and atrazine.The result showed that the tendency of POD isoenzyme was in accordance with each other in seedling growth stage.Soil treatment of prometryn is bigger than that of atrazine and was much bigger than stem and leaf treatment by atrazine.The stem and leaf treatment by atrazine was bigger than that by prometryn.There were no significant difference between POD activites in the shooting and booting stages.It showed that millet growth had reached a normal level.This is fundamentally similar to the pattern of physiology index.It was further tested that two kind herbicides were all suitable to four millets and they could produce resistance reaction to herbicide and adjust cell metabolism.
