利用芦笋老茎栽培鲍鱼菇和秀珍菇研究

分别比较了在马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基、马铃薯葡萄糖蛋白胨琼脂培养基、马铃薯葡萄糖蛋白胨维生素琼脂培养基、马铃薯葡萄糖玉米琼脂培养基和马铃薯葡萄糖蛋白胨综合培养基上鲍鱼菇和秀珍菇母种的生长情况,从菌落边缘、菌丝密度、颜色以及菌丝的生长速度等方面进行综合评价;同时,分别设计了以芦笋老茎为主料,棉籽壳、麸皮、豆饼为辅料的不同配方培养料,进行了鲍鱼菇和秀珍菇的袋栽试验。结果表明,马铃薯葡萄糖蛋白胨综合培养基是培养鲍鱼菇和秀珍菇母种的最适培养基;添加不同的辅料对鲍鱼菇和秀珍菇的产量有明显的影响;以芦笋老茎为主料、添加棉籽壳和麸皮的培养料能使鲍鱼菇BH,BS菌株和秀珍菇C,D菌株获得较高的产量。

Study on Cultivation of Pleurotus abalonus and Pleurotus geesteranus on Asparagus Old Stem Substrate

Potato dextrose agar（PDA）medium, PDA peptone medium, PDA peptone vitamin medium, PDA cornmeal medium and PDA peptone comprehensive medium were used to culture Pleurotus abalonus and Pleurotus geesteranus. By comparing the colony edge,color, mycelial density and growth rate of two fungi in these media, conclusion was drawn that the optimum medium for the inoculum preparation was the PDA peptone comprehensive medium. In this experiment, asparagus old stem was used as major materials, and cottonseed hull, wheat bran and soybean cake were used as auxiliary materials. The substrates of six different formulations were used to cultivate the mushrooms P. abalonus and P. geesteranus by bagging-cultivation. The result showed that there were apparent differences in the yield of harvest mushrooms among treatments. supplement of appropriate amounts of cottonseed hull and wheat bran increased the mushroom yield significantly as compared with the other treatments. These results manifested that the asparagus old stem was suitable for cultivating of P. abalonus and P. geesteranus.
