摘    要:通过观察不同温度条件下黄花菜花粉的萌发情况,对4种黄花菜的花粉活力进行了测定。结果显示,室温条件下黄花菜花粉活力随贮藏天数的增加而迅速下降,3 d时活力下降至25%以下,难以满足杂交授粉中对花粉活力的要求;4,-20,-40℃条件下分别于10,20,30 d左右活力降至25%以下。说明室温条件下难以进行黄花菜花粉的贮藏,4℃适合小于10 d的短期贮藏,-20℃适合20 d以内的中期贮藏,-40℃适合60 d以内的长期贮藏;在相同贮藏温度下,大荔花和冲里花具有较高的花粉活力,适于杂交育种。

Abstract:In this study,the pollen viability of four Hemerocallis citrine Baroni varieties were tested under four different temperatures.The results showed:under the room-temperature,the pollen viability of Hemerocallis citrine Baroni decreased as the number of days increased,It decreased to 25% on the 3rd day and failed to meet the requirement for the cross breeding.The pollen viability under 4,-20 and-40 ℃ decreased to 25% respectively on the 10th,20th and 30th days.Conclusion is the pollen ofHemerocallis citrine Baroni is hard to be stored under the room-temperature,4 ℃ was suitable for shortterm storage of less than 10 days,-20 ℃ was suitable for mediumterm storage of less than 20 days,-40 ℃ was suitable for longterm storage of less than 60 days.At the same temperature,variety of Dali and Chongli had high pollen viability and suitable for cross breeding.
