全自动凯氏定氮仪在农作物粗蛋白检测中的应用

摘    要:应用改进后的消化方法和全自动凯氏定氮仪,结合现行粮油作物粗蛋白质含量测定国标,经测定仪器直接蒸馏(NH4)2SO4,氮回收率为99.97%~100.99%,全麦粉粗蛋白标准物质测定值在标准规定范围内,8次测定值的相对标准偏差为0.39%,仪器精密度和准确度达到试验要求。该测定方法具有快速、准确等优点。

Abstract:In this paper,the improved methods and automatic Kjeldahl analyzer were applied to measure the crude protein content of crops and the results of (NH4)2SO4 were nitrogen recovery 99.97% ~ 100.99%,whole wheat flour crude protein values measured in the standard reference material requirements within the range of 8 measured values RSD is 0.39%,and instrument precision and accuracy achieved in the experiments.It is concluded that the method is fast and accurate.
