正交设计在优化杂交谷施肥量上的应用

摘    要:采用三因素三水平正交设计方法,选择正交设计表L9(3)4,研究施氮量、施磷量、施钾量三因素对杂交谷生长发育的影响。结果表明,施氮量、施磷量因素对杂交谷出苗率及叶绿素含量均有极显著的影响(P0.01);施钾量因素对杂交谷出苗率有显著的影响(P0.05),对杂交谷叶绿素含量有极显著的影响(P0.01);对出苗率的影响顺序为施磷量施氮量施钾量,对叶绿素含量的影响顺序为施氮量施磷量施钾量。通过多重比较得出,利于杂交谷生长发育的三因素最佳水平组合为:施氮量300 kg/hm2、施磷量450 kg/hm2、施钾量150 kg/hm2。试验结果可为杂交谷的合理施肥及大面积推广提供理论依据。

Abstract:An experiment based on orthogonal design of three factors and three levels with 3 rephcations was conducted through an analysis of variance.The results showed that the effects of nitrogen and phosphate level on chlorophyll content and germination rate were significant at 1% probability level,while the effects of potassium level on chlorophyll content were significant at 1% probability level and on germination rate were significant at 5% probability level.For the germination rate,the order of the significance is as follows:phosphate level > nitrogen level > potassium level,while for the chlorophyll content,the order of the significance is as follows:nitrogen level > phosphate level > potassium level.It is concluded that the optimal cultivation conditions are that nitrogen level 300 kg/hm2,phosphate level 450 kg/hm2 and potassium level 150 kg/hm2.The research lays a theoretical foundation for scientific fertihzation and a large area millet hybrid spreading.
