桃树叶粗提物对尖孢镰刀菌的抑制试验

摘    要:从植物中寻找抑菌活性物质开发高效、安全的天然植物源农药,是无公害农药研究的热点。以山西农业大学果园栽培的桃树叶为试验材料,研究其提取物对尖孢镰刀菌的抑菌活性(从2011年4月23日到5月18日每隔5 d采样一次)。结果表明,4月28日所采样品中,加2 mL桃树叶粗提物的平均抑菌率高于其他组5%~15%,加4 mL桃树叶粗提物的平均抑菌率高于其他组15%~25%,表明桃树叶粗提物浓度越大,抑菌效果越好;随着叶片生长和温度的变化,抑菌活性与温度呈正相关,表明温度对抑菌效果有一定的影响。

Abstract:It is a hot topic in the agricultural research to seek for natural antimicrobial from plants,which could be used as effective and safe natural preservative.Peach leaves collected from orchard of Shanxi Agricultural University as experimental materials to study the antibacterial activity of extracts in experiment from April 23,2011 to May 18,sampled once every 5 days.The results showed that:April 28 products in the sample,add 2 mL antibacterial drugs is higher than other groups in an average of 5%-15%; plus 4 mL antibacterial drugs is higher than the average of 15%-25% in other groups.The result shows that the higher drug concentration,the better inhibitory effect; with the increase of leaf growth and temperature,antibacterial activity was positively correlated with temperature,indicating that temperature has some influence on the inhibitory effect.
