玉米秸秆分解复合系的构建

摘    要:以菜园土和不同有机肥组合的土样为材料,通过天然纤维素分解菌群的分离、驯化以及复配具有纤维素酶、半纤维素酶和木质素酶活性的单菌株来构建玉米秸秆分解复合系。结果表明,对筛选得到的6个分解菌群进行了驯化培养,10代后菌群的pH值和羧甲基纤维素酶(CMC)活性已基本稳定;经过与具有纤维素酶活性(M,H)、木质素酶活性(Y1,Y7)、半纤维素酶活性(Y6)的菌株复配后得到的复合系,真菌与细菌含量均有所提高,CMC活性达到了35.6 U/g。

Abstract:Taking vegetable garden soil and different organic fertilizer combination as soil samples,the maize straw decomposition composite system was constructed through natural cellulose decomposing bacteria isolation,domestication and mixed strains of cellulase,hemicellulase and wood enzyme activity.The results show that,the screened 6 decomposition bacteria were domesticated bacteria and pH value after 10 generations and the activity of CMC has been basically stable.Through cellulase activity M and H,cellulase activity lignin Y1,Y7,hemicellulase activity Y6 composite system obtained strain mixed,both fungi and bacteria content increased and the activity of CMC reached 35.6 U/g.
