梧桐花石油醚提取物化学成分分析

[目的]分离鉴定梧桐花石油醚提取物的化学成分。[方法]将梧桐花提取物经红外波谱分析,且参照参考文献,鉴定出各成分。[结果]从梧桐花石油醚提取物中分离出7种晶体,分别鉴定为：β-谷甾醇、β-胡萝卜甙、对羟基苯甲醛、乌苏酸、芹菜素、齐墩果酸和4′-甲氧基-7羟-基黄酮,其中乌苏酸、对羟基苯甲醛和4′-甲氧基-7羟-基黄酮首次从梧桐花中获得。[结论]该试验从梧桐花石油醚提取物中分离鉴定出新的成分。

Study on Chemical Constituents of Petroleum Ether Extract from Firmiana simplex Flowers

[Objective] To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from petroleum ether extract of Firmiana simplex flowers.[Method] Analyzed by IR spectrum analysis,all the compositions were confirmed based on references.[Result] Seven crystals were separated from the extract and were identified as β-Sitosterol,β-Daucosterol,p-hydroxybenzaldehyde,ursolic acid,apigenin,oleanolic acid and 4′-methoxy-7-hydroxyflavone,among which ursolic acid,p-hydroxybenzaldehyde and 4′-methoxy-7-hydroxyflavone were firstly separated from Firmiana simplex flowers.[Conclusion] New chemical compositions are isolated and identified from petroleum ether extract of Firmiana simplex flowers in this study.
