| 摘 要： | 对8头成年黑白花奶牛超排处理期间及冲胚前的血浆P4、E2和LH水平的变化进行了研究。血浆E2、LH的峰值和血浆P4在PGs注射时、发情时、采卵时的水平与排卵数呈正相关(r=0.8462~0.9925;P<0.05或P<0.01);LH峰值与可用胚数呈正相关(r=0.8814,P<0.01)。超排处理开始后3~6 d较高的E2(pg/ml)/P4(ng/ml)比值有利于受精和胚胎发育。

| Abstract: | Progesterone(P_4),Estradiol(E_2) and luteinizing hormone(LH) levels in the plasma of 8 Holstein dairy cattles induced to superovulation with an FSH-PGs treatment were studied from the day of superovulating to flushing embryo(day 7,oestrous=day 0).It is concluded that the plasma E_2 and the plasma LH peak levels or the plasma P_4 concentrations at PGs injection,at heat and at flushing were all positively correlated with the number of ovulations(r=0.8462-0.9925,P<0.05 or P<0.01).A peak value of LH was positively correlated with the number of viable embryos(r=0.8814,P<0.01).The data indicated that the higher raties of E_2(pg/ml) to P_4(ng/ml) during-6 days after the beginning of superovulation were beneficial to fertilization and embryo development. |
