塞罕坝气候与林业生产——以塞罕坝机械林场的成功经验为例

承德坝上地区,属寒温带半湿润草原季风气候,森林草原生态系统脆弱,自我恢复能力较差。该区春季干旱严重,林木生长初期水分不足;而夏日林木生长旺季则气温较低,热量欠缺。在大农业生产布局上,该区应重视和加强防护林体系的建设,以保证社会生产协调,稳定的发展。

CLIMATE AND FORESTRY PRODUCTION IN SAIHANBA

The climate in upper dam region of Chengde prefecture is that of frigid temperate zone, semi damp grass land and monsoon. The eco-system of forestry-grass land is rather vulnerable, and its ability of self recovery very weak. In summer days when the trees grow fast, temperature is relatively low and heat unadequate. In overall programming of agriculture, shelter forests should be strengthened to guarantee the coordination and stability of social production.
