吸附大分子化合物活性炭的研制

摘    要:通过对氯化锌法制备活性炭工艺过程进行考察,探讨锌屑比、活化温度、活化时间等对活性炭吸附溶液中大分子化合物性能的影响。结果显示:锌屑比>300%,活化温度470℃左右,活化时间30 m in以上制备的活性炭吸附效果较好。

Abstract:This paper mainly studied technological process of activated carbon which was prepared with zinc chloride,and effect of some factors such as the ratio of zinc to carbon,activated temperature and activated time on activated capability of macromolecule in the solution.the results showed:The adsorption effect is better when the undition is the ratio of zinc to carbon>300%,activated temperature 470℃,activated time 30min.
