摘    要:目前,我国食品行业中信用缺失问题已非常严重,影响到我国食品安全,并抑制国民经济的健康发展,干扰了社会和谐发展。笔者基于博弈论的理论框架,建立一个信用模型,在此基础上对我国食品行业中信用缺失产生的原因进行了分析,然后提出我国食品安全信用体系建设中应注意的问题。

Abstract:At present, the problem of the credit crisis of food industry in China has been very serious. It has influenced food safety, the development of economy and advance of society. Based on game theory, in this paper a credit model was set up, then the causes that resulted in the credit crisis in food industry was analyzed. At last, the author also provided the method of solving such matters.
