绿豆幼苗期耐盐性研究

摘    要:绿豆在盐碱地栽培中受盐害最为严重的时期是幼苗期。以20个绿豆品种为材料,分析了不同NaCl浓度胁迫条件对绿豆幼苗期生长的影响。结果表明,不同NaCl浓度胁迫条件对绿豆幼苗生长的抑制作用存在极显著差异;不同绿豆基因型对NaCl胁迫条件的耐性也存在极显著的差异:绿豆品种在不同NaCl浓度胁迫条件下,其幼苗生长量的变化规律呈多种类型,其中遵循直线回归方程下降变化的品种约占半数,遵循指数曲线方程和S型曲线方程下降变化的品种约占半数。

A Study on Salt Tolerance of Mungbean in Seedling Stage
Abstract:Seedling stage of mungbean is the most serious stage injured by salt in salinized soil cultivation. This paper analysed effect of stress from different concentration levels of NaCl on the growth of mungbean stage, in which 20 mungbean varieties had been used. The research results was as follows: there were significant differences in the inhibiting effect caused by stress from different concentration levels of NaCl to seedling growth of mungbean; there also were very significant differences on the tolerance from different genotypes of mungbean to the stress of NaCl funder the stress from different concentration levels of NaCl the seedling growth of mungbean varieties varied according for diver sified models; the varieties whose seedling growth varied by linear regression eqauation accounted for 50% of all offered varieties; the rest varied by exponent equation and scurve equation.
